We feel satisfied after eating so much food and we don't want to move .In fact, it's not right to have full meal in every meal because it's difficult to digest . If we eat less ,but frequent meals, it's easy to digest.This way, your body starts to increase its metabolism so that calories are burned faster. Also, mini-meals can prevent overeating.
